What’s a Mission? And who’s a Hero?
A Mission is a task you need help with. A Poster can be an individual or a business. A Hero is someone offering their skills to help get it done, after completing Hapn’s required setup and checks.
Can I use Hapn now?
The current Hapn app is available for iPhone and Android. Our initial community focus is Brisbane. Check your suburb in the app for local Missions and available Heroes.
How do sharing rewards work?
After completing a Mission, use the sharing option in Hapn. Eligible shares earn a discount on a future Poster connection fee or Hero commission. Check the reward amount and applicable conditions in the app before sharing. Rewards are fee discounts, not cash payouts.
How do payments and fees work?
Payments are made through Hapn, with release after the agreed work is complete and accepted. Mission payments and platform fees apply. Check the full total, release conditions, dispute process and payout timing in the app before confirming. Check any eligible reward discount before confirming.
How do I choose a Hero?
Compare quotes, read the profile, check verification status and available reviews, then agree on scope and timing. Confirm any licences, qualifications or insurance needed for your task. Account verification is not a guarantee of workmanship.
What if the work isn’t completed as agreed?
Discuss it with your Hero through in-app chat before releasing payment. Contact support@hapn.com.au if you need help. The app’s payment and dispute terms apply.
Can I use Hapn for my business?
Yes. Individuals and businesses can post Missions. Describe what you need, check any requirements that apply to the work and agree on the details with your Hero.
